Preparatory Task

Step 1: To start with SoftCopy, it is recommended that you carry out these tasks for the successful completion of transferring files \ folders.

These tasks have to be done prior to the transfer process.

Required Preparatory Task

Step 2: Selecting these tasks ensure's smooth running of SoftCopy.

Select Connection Type

Step 3: Select the type of cable connection.

Source PC Name/IP:
Enter the Source PC name/IP from which you are to transfer files / folders.

Source PC Details:
The User Name and Password details are required if the Source PC is Win NT / Windows 2000 Pro..

Select Folder(s) / Files (s)

SoftCopy displays both the Source PC and Destination PC files and folders in explorer view.

Step 5: Select the folders and files for transfer.

Copying selected files

SoftCopy asks for confirmation whether to replace an existing file
