A task is a personal or work-related
errand that you want to track until completion. A task
can occur at any time of the day.
User can select Task
from the tree view OR from the menu bar. The Task feature
helps you to plan your tasks and to track them.
You may also set reminders for a task
that will alert you. Attachment feature lets you attach
files relevant to the task, while Categories lets you
sort and filter tasks easily.
Notes functions
similarly to paper sticky notes. Notes can be used to
scribble down anything and everything, be it thoughts,
alerts, doubts, you would write on a scribbling pad. Notes
are typically used for storing smaller pieces of information,
such as instructions or data you want to reuse in other
items or documents.
Step1:User
can select Notes from the tree view
OR from the menu item. Right Click on the work space
to enter a new note. The appearance of the Notes can
be customized by a right click.
