Job Opportunity:
The opportunity is to sell sales commission administration software to small and mid-market businesses. Sales Commissions is a complex problem that most businesses struggle with. There is a large marketplace of customers that need this software. Our software solves that problem.
Primary Responsibilities:
This sales role will manage the early stages of the sales process through prospect selection, cold calling, activity tracking and reporting.
Lead sources include inbound contacts from the web, marketing programs, seminar/events, phone and email as well as evaluating prospects from existing CRM systems.
Sales process will include needs analysis, facilitating demonstrations of the product, making proposals and guiding the customer through a close.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have the following experience and attributes:
- 4+ years of sales experience in an inside or outside sales position.
- Prior software industry experience.
- Experience with complex software such as accounting software will be a real plus.
- Extremely detail-oriented with strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to manage a large number of leads, contacts, accounts and opportunities in a CRM system quickly, accurately.
- Methodical and persistent in ability to follow-up with prospects.
- Exceptional verbal communication, objection handling and solid negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated.
- Accountable for sales revenue management, sales forecasting, and reporting.
Location: San Francisco Bay Area. Only local candidates will be considered.
Education: BS/BA or higher.

Position : Software Engineer Location : San Mateo, CA
Analyzing and understanding of customer's sales commission plans. Gathering customer requirements. Conduct detailed compensation plan evaluation with Customer and product customization. Create scope document and do fit-gap analysis, Create detailed Functional Specification document and Create and manage Implementation playbook. Configure their plans into QCommission. Identify and customize the product to suite client unique Commission Plan needs. Implement Compensation Plan in QCommission. Test the plan configuration. Reconcile the output with Customer files highlighting any discrepancies. Track project progress against project plan to ensure on time and on budget delivery. Client Reporting – Weekly reporting of the project progress to the customer. Provide weekly status reporting of project progress to Management. Create User Guide. Troubleshoot customer environmental issues. Provide dry run with customers including parallel run. Ensure that the customer is ready to GO Live. Provide Customer training. And Provide On-going Customer support.
Must be able to travel temporarily/relocate to unidentified client sites throughout the U.S.. Required Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in computer science, Computer Information Systems, Science or related studies. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training in lieu of foreign equivalent. Required relevant 2 years of experience in job offered consultant, engineer or related field.
