Implementation
Consultant/Project Manager
Candidate should
have experience in Sales Commissions, Variable
Pay and Incentive Compensation and other Enterprise
Incentive Management (EIM) applications. Candidate
should possess strong skills in project management.
Experience in PeopleSoft implementations will
be important. Optionally experience implementing
other ERP vendor software could be considered,
if the candidate has EIM experience; we would
provide PeopleSoft training.
Candidate should
have one or more of the following skills:
Job Skills:

Experience
in Sales Compensation, Variable Compensation,
and Channel Incentive applications

Experience
administering, managing Sales Compensation,
Variable Compensation, Channel Incentive business
areas

Lead information
systems consulting and assessments with different
entities with PeopleSoft and other ERP systems
on various centralized and distributed platforms,
with emphasis on information security, applications
development, implementation, maintenance,
IT governance and strategic planning
-
Knowledge
of and experience using Integration/ETL tools
including third party tools such as Informatica
-
Define
business processes, perform fit/gap analyses,
design the system, build applications, perform
tests, conduct user training and provide after
go-live production support
-
Develop
business requirements for implementations,
define business processes and procedures,
and develop system customizations strategies
and requests to streamline the application
system development life cycle and improve
efficiency in the process
-
Design system
processing and reporting as well as multi-currency
approach and business processes
- Develop and Deliver
-
Technical
and applications training for users both on
tools and applications
-
Review release
notes, identify customizations, create and
execute test plans for system, integration,
data integrity, parallel and end-user acceptance
tests for release upgrade
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft
PeopleTools version 8 and higher, including
Application Designer, PS Query, nVision, Tree
Manager, Security, Peoplecode
- Knowledge of the following
applications (last 2 version releases or higher)
- PeopleSoft HRMS or
- PeopleSoft CRM or
- PeopleSoft Supply Chain or
- PeopleSoft EPM
Computer and Other Skills
Competence in
PeopleSoft Development Tools.
Competent in multiple technical areas. Facilitate
exchange of ideas and application of best practices.
More than 5 years of relevant work experience,
including both consulting and general industry
experience.
